Erich Keller – President & Founder
In 1969, a relatively small welding company solely owed by Erich Keller was started in Harrow and was operated by a limited number of men. The Company, formerly known as Eric’s Welding and Keller & Associates grew quickly and has seen three plant expansions. Today with Erich’s leadership and expertise the family owned and operated organization still provides the same quality service as we did in 1969.

Heidi Hamlin – Office Administrator
With over 30 years’ experience in the steel industry Heidi oversees all administrative duties in the office.
Jeff Agocs – Project Manager/Steel Detailer
Jeff joined the REFAC team in 2004 beginning with Structural Steel Detailing for REFAC.
Jeff has taken the role of Project Manager and coordinates with the field and management to establish schedules and communicates with our customers to ensure that our jobs stay on track and get completed in a timely fashion.
John Atanasio - General Superintendent
John joined the REFAC team in 2020 and brings with him 25 years of fabricating experience and 10 years of equipment, plant and CNC maintenance. John has taken the role of General Superintendent and manages daily operations between customers and our teams. Johns hands on experience is paramount to the planning and execution of our jobs.
